Socks and sandals, I’ve certainly picked a contentious subject for this Sunday morning blog post! Socks and sandals have long been considered one of the biggest fashion faux pas, loved by grandads and croc wearers alike. However, with the combination gaining traction as fugly fashion starts to seep into the mainstream – think crochet, bucket hats and dad trainers – now seems as good a time as any to give it a go. To be honest I’ve always been partial to it as a ‘trend’ and with the draw of these crazy big joyous sandals from Vero Moda – I finally gave in & apologies to all parties involved, but I’m hooked. With my toes nice and warm for the English Summer, here’s how I’ve been wearing the ‘trend’ and some inspiration to bring you to the darkside too…
