Style File: Blue Suited & Chung Booted

A two piece suit is something that I haven’t really worn since I was at school and, although you could argue corduroy is more of a winter ‘thing’, this cord number has helped me fall back in love with full on tailoring this Spring. You all know that I am partial to a blazer, but when I saw this combo I knew it was perfect for a wedding that I had coming up (it went down a treat!). Needless to say that I have been wearing these pieces together and as separates ever since!

The suit itself is a needle cord, so nice and thin and I am obsessed with wearing it with slogan tees – you may recognise this motivational guy from this post back in 2017! It is so easy to style, as the only decisions needed are a top & shoes. So simple.

I love how the culotte style legs work with my SupergaXAlexa Chung trainers, which I have been wearing SO much since I finally got my hands on them a few months ago. There is something so lovely about the combination of cream/off-white and this powdery blue that I just can’t get enough of!

What do you think to the two-piece suit, is it something that you need in your wardrobe?
