Happy International Women’s Day everyone! Today I thought I’d mark this very special occasion with a power playlist of songs from amazing ladies. There are so many awesome women in my life that I’d like to thank for helping to shape me into the woman I am today – you know who you are. I hope you all use today to celebrate the ladies in your life and raise awareness of some of the difficulties that women have faced, both historically, and still face today across the world.

- Girl Up is an amazing charity that funds women’s leadership training programmes across the globe. You can donate and support their programme here.
- Why not pick up an amazing t-shirt from GirlvsCancer? 25% of the proceeds go to the organisations partner charities and the founder Lauren Mahon has been using her story to create a supportive online community for ladies (and men) with cancer.

As you know, I could go on all day with shouting about amazing work that women are doing! But, let’s just part with a promise that today we will be thankful for womenkind & everything they have done and continue to do. Let’s hear it for the girls!
